Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ThePlexa, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ThePlexa is provided on a subscription basis. Plans, fees and included usage are described on our Pricing page or in your order form.

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Overage and usage-based fees are billed in arrears.
• All amounts are exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable.
• Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal and others).

Failed payments may result in suspension of the service after notice. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by contacting support. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility for refunds.

You agree not to misuse ThePlexa. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, or violating any applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you send through ThePlexa, for obtaining patient consent where required, and for safeguarding your account credentials.

ThePlexa, including all software, models, and trademarks, is and remains the property of ThePlexa and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data and content; you grant ThePlexa a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and no less than reasonable care.

ThePlexa is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThePlexa's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your access ends and we will make a copy of your data available for export for 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
