1. 14-day full refund — no questions asked
Every new ThePlexa subscription comes with a 14-day full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your first paid invoice, email us and we will refund 100% of your subscription fee to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. No forms, no interview, no friction.
2. Annual subscriptions
The 14-day full-refund guarantee applies to annual plans as well. After day 14, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
3. Third-party channel fees
ThePlexa does not mark up channel APIs. WhatsApp Business, SMS, telephony, email-sending and other third-party fees are billed directly by the provider you bring (or pass-through if we provision on your behalf) and are non-refundable once consumed, as they are paid out to the upstream vendor.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@theplexa.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain full access until then.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@theplexa.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your invoice number — that's it. We aim to respond within one business day and process eligible refunds the same day.
6. Exceptions
The guarantee does not cover accounts terminated for policy violation, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or use in breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
