Acceptable Use Policy

ThePlexa is built for healthcare. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what's allowed — and what isn't — so the platform stays safe for everyone.

1. Prohibited activities

  • Sending unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, including ThePlexa staff.
  • Uploading malware, exploits, or attempting to interfere with the service.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract underlying models.
  • Using ThePlexa to provide medical advice without proper licensure.
  • Storing or transmitting illegal content of any kind.

2. Messaging compliance

You are responsible for compliance with applicable messaging laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CASL, DLT) and for obtaining and recording patient consent before sending marketing communications.

3. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@theplexa.com. We investigate every report and may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension or termination of the affected account, with or without notice depending on severity.
