Do I pay extra for channels like WhatsApp or SMS?
Not to us. You connect your own WhatsApp Business, Twilio / SMS, email and Meta accounts — and pay those providers directly at their published rates. ThePlexa never marks up channel costs.
Why is the AI Voice Agent only on Custom plans?
Voice requires telephony provisioning, number porting and call-recording compliance per region — we scope this 1-on-1 with you on Custom plans to make sure it's set up safely.
